The template every case study on this site follows, in this order.

  1. Context and constraint. Sector, regulation, scale, what could not be changed.
  2. Problem. The user or business pain, with the number that proved it.
  3. My role. What I owned and who I worked with, by role only.
  4. Decision and trade-off. The call made, the option rejected, why.
  5. What shipped. Three to five action lines, Problem → Action → Result.
  6. Measured result. Number, time window, source. [TBD] where none exists, stated as such.
  7. What was deliberately not built. And the one condition that would flip the decision.
  8. Assets. Sanitised extracts, repos, live tools, writing. Never internal images.

Diagram rule. Wherever a mechanism, pipeline, decision flow or cause-and-fix sequence is explained, a small flow or block diagram: one idea per diagram, figures only where measured.

Public-summary form (for a project not yet cleared): four sentences, no non-public numbers, no brand, no person: what it is · what I owned · what it proved · status.
